Abstract
With the formation of high-precision production processes, manufacturers are faced with the issue of the need to develop high-precision, high-tech regulators. In the development of the oil and gas industry, this is especially noticeable. Inaccuracy of high-precision control of field equipment requires high-quality regulation of the preparation process of gas transportation and running-in. In the given scientific research the collective of authors considers process of a temperature field regulation of the field gas equipment. Approaches to modeling of gas equipment are analyzed. Mathematical model of separating column heater is built. The system of controlling the temperature field of the separation column on the basis of pulse sectional heaters is developed. This work is a continuation of the authors’ team-work aimed at improving the technology of production, transportation and development of crude gas.
