Abstract
The stability of transmission lines greatly influences the continuous functioning of electricity systems. This paper's Comprehensive Stability Assessment of Transmission Lines Using Load Flow Analysis in Power Factory focuses on power distribution, voltage stability, and system efficiency. This research identifies critical transmission bottlenecks and overloaded components inside the network using unbalanced three-phase AC load flow simulations with transformer tap changes allowed. According to the load flow data, voltage variations and decreased system efficiency are caused by crucial transmission lines and transformers exceeding allowable loading limits. Optimal power dispatch, reactive power compensation, and voltage control schemes are all examined in deeper detail to determine their effects on system performance. This study offers a systematic method to increase power grid stability and minimize transmission losses by using power flow solutions based on Newton-Raphson.
